This years crop upon initial cupping disappointed. Me in that my favorite flavor trait is the blueberry and this seemed to be significantly less than in previous years. Upon accidentally. A farmer...

http://9bars.blogspot.com/2006_09_01_archive.html
9 Bars.espresso and coffee culture in Phoenix AZ. Tuesday, September 12, 2006. Call me a geek, but I love to see the company name printed on a bag of coffee! Especially when it's a exemplary Cup of Excellence coffee. Roasted up a batch today and couldn't wait to try it as a French Press. Good acidity, medium body with a fruit reminiscent of a burgundy wine. Very floral with rose and lavender and a sweetish caramel finish. Posted by Larry at 5:45 PM. Phoenix, United States.
