Mark Galley has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder and obtained his certification as a Reliability Engineer in 1993 through the American Society for Quality. Mark’s practical experience in incident investigation and establishing reliability programs was developed during his time at the Dow Chemical Company where he worked for almost 9 years.
