This small church is situated just outside the village of Invergarry on the main Inverness to Fort William road (A82). Although the building is old (1938), it is the newest addition to the parish as it was previously looked after by the Benedictine community at the Abbey in Fort Augustus. Sadly, the monks are no longer there and the church became part of the Roy Bridge parish. Mass is held at St Finnan's every Sunday at 9.15am. Confession is available just before Mass. The main Parish Church is situated in the centre of the village of Roy Bridge. The church is dedicated to Saint Margaret, and Queen, wife of Malcolm III (Canmore) King of Scots in the latter part of the 11th century. Her spiritual influence was to change her husband, by her example, so that he became a devout and good man. She established monasteries as powerhouses of prayer, rebuilt the Abbey of Iona and was a champion of the poor, the sick and the outcast. Her feast day is on the 16th of November.

The hill where St. Cairell had his cell is named after him in Gaelic, Cille Choirill. And is about 2km from Roy Bridge. It is very sacred to the people, and has a 15th century church in his honour and an ancient burial ground. More information about Cille Choirill can be found at the site www.gaeldom.com. Welcome to the Parish of Roy Bridge in the heart of the Highlands nestling in the shadow of the Nevis range of mountains. This parish includes the churches of St Margaret's, which is the parish church, mass centres at Spean Bridge and Invergarry and the 15th century Cille Choirill church.
