体験記録 富士山大規模落石事故救護活動 昭和５５年８月１４日 田中幸民 現救護隊総務局長 記. さらに登山路を串刺しして通過してゆく落石を目で追いながら、身振り手振りで 丘のほうへ逃げろ と大声で言っているにもかかわらず、各方向に行く登山客もあり、ただひたすらに 逃げろ逃げろ と叫び続けた。 その通信をもとに、アマチュア無線を使用して五合目待機班に対し 落石事故あり、負傷者多数ある模様 との連絡を入れたが、これを傍受したほかのアマチュア無線局が 富士山に何かあったらしい と多数出て来て混信し通話がまったく不可能となった。 ６０才位の男性が、落馬した娘は 私の娘らしいので何という名か確認できませんか と、私に申し出であり、さっそく救護に従事している隊員にアマチュア無線にて 負傷者の氏名を知らせよ と連絡した結果、 落馬した女性の氏名送ります。 翌朝９時３０分福岡課長、宮本隊長と共に山梨赤十字病院へお礼に訪問し、院長先生に患者の容態を聞いたところ、 子さんは頭蓋骨骨折であるが、意識がはっきりし、 今朝空腹を訴えた と聞き、安心した。

和歌山県赤十字特別救護隊 以下 救護隊 という は、日本赤十字社和歌山県支部直轄の特殊奉仕団として、日本赤十字社和歌山県支部が行う災害救護活動及び人命救助に関する業務に、無償で従事し進んで社会奉仕の実践に努めもって赤十字の理想とする人道的任務の達成に寄与 することを目的とする奉仕団体です。 救急安全分隊 水上安全法、 蘇生法、救急法の技実を習得し、県内でこれらの指導普 及を図る隊員で編成. 和歌山市内を中心としたアマチュア無線家で結成している日本モービルハムクラブ ＪＭＨＣ の関西メンバー 大阪、京都、兵庫、和歌山 が２カ月に一度遠乗り会 ミーティング を実施していた。 非常通信だけではなく、救護活動に活躍することになり、団員も70名となって従来の無線赤十字奉仕団だけでなく幅広い活動に対応するための組織改革をし、45年 9月16日に県庁大会議室で支部長、県知事大橋正雄氏 故人 ほか各関係機関来賓多数出席をいただき結成式を挙行して、支部長から結成を祝して隊旗 ホームページの写真 が贈呈された。 南海電車脱線事故救護連絡 42年4月１日 4.2及び42.7.24の２回. 台湾船乗員救護 ４４ １０ １８.
