ついにベルギーから到着しました。 i.materialise.co.jp. に発注したMacBook用スタンドです！ 発注までは こちら. MBPスタンド, materialise版です。スタンドの制作については こちら. 7/2に発注して7/15に出荷ですので、2週間ちょっとかかった計算ですね。10〜15営業日内の出荷予定ですので、12営業日。悪くないペースです。配送は結構速くて、7/19には宅配業者が持ってきてくれました（受け取りは翌日になりましたが…）。4日間でベルギーから日本まで到着です。 久しぶりに3Dプリンターの紹介記事です。ただし、今回はちょっと変わったプリンターを紹介してみます。 160;レーザーカットされたアクリル板を組み合わせて作られたオープンソースの美しい3Dプリンターです。業務用のZPrinterの用に、石膏粉末を使って造形します。バインダーを印刷して石膏を固め、1層ごとに造形していく仕組みです。 3Dプリントサービスのi.materialiseが先週日本向けサービスを開始したので、早速注文してみました！

160;すっかり3Dプリンターの記事ばかりを書いていましたが、素材の自由度が高い切削加工はブログを立ち上げた頃から気になっていました。特に金属で部品が作れることに憧れます。制作にあたってはいくつか目標を設定しました。 世間には難削材の切削も可能なマシニングセンタを自作してしまう猛者もおられるようですが、今回切削する素材は軽金属までとします。アルミ合金の切削も結構厳しいかもしれませんが…. せっかく3Dプリンターがあるので最大限活用したいと思います。RepRap系3Dプリンターのようにフレームや駆動系にまで使用できるかは分かりませんが、試作や部品の作製に活用したいと思います。 マンションや住宅街の一軒屋に住む人に取って、工作機械が手軽に扱える事は重要です。切削加工機は騒音や切削屑の飛散という問題があり、ユーザーは皆さん苦労されている様子。そこで、なるべく騒音を低減し、切削屑の飛散を防ぐようなデザインを目指します。 木製CNC自作 - モーターの制御や自作されたCNCの組立記録など参考になる記事多し。更新頻度も高いです。 Http:/ woodcnc300.blog.fc2.com.

現状のデザインは、ある程度形になった一方で、いろいろ問題点が見えてきたので修正を考えています。そこで、現段階の構造の分かる資料を参考目的で公開します。 3Dプリンターは造形に時間がかかるため、量産では金型を使用する射出成形にコスト面でかなわない、というのが常識です。ところが、驚くほど高速な3Dプリンティング技術が開発されようとしているようです。 HSS（High Speed Sintring）. と呼ばれるこの技術は、パウダー状の樹脂をレーザーを使って焼結するSLS方式の亜種です。SLSがレーザーを使って、FDM方式と同様にツールパスに沿って造形するのに対して、HSSは(2D)プリンターでおなじみのインクジェットを使って、平面を一気に焼結できます。 久しぶりの更新です。個人的に気になっている3Dプリンター関連の動向をまとめました。主にFDM系の家庭用3Dプリンターについてです。 Photo credit: Johann C.
