Sunday, October 25, 2009. I will now backtrack a few days to less traumatic events. Wednesday we travelled across the lake with the lovely Rebecca and her son Beau. We met up with some friends on a farm to pet some animals and experience our first hay rids (sans the hay). Thursday was two rides on the Halloween train at the mall. I honestley thought Sammy would be scared to ride the train without me, but all he needed was his flame-haired, up for anything friend Graham! They have so much fun together!

Monday, November 16, 2009. Can you fit three weeks into one post? The main reason for our trip was for me to have the honour of being a bridesmaid to one of my very best friends. Suzie and Paul, your wedding was beautiful, thank you so much for allowing me to play such an important role in your special day. The beautiful bride at the salon. A few things had changed since my last trip home. Samuel can now walk. My sister has a full time job as a radiographer. Suz is a married lady. Who could want more!

Monday, December 7, 2009. How can Christmas be different? Santa Claus vs. Father Christmas. Two different names for the same man = one confused little boy. Sammy has to deal with language barriers on a daily basis, and for the most part I think he copes very well. Lunch = Dinner (because in England we have breakfast, dinner and tea, rather than breakfast lunch and dinner {in the north at least.}). Honestly, I could go on forever.Anyway, I digress.
