Freebairn Family: Back to School . . . and Lily's Four!
http://freebairnfamily.blogspot.com/2012/01/back-to-school-and-lilys-four.html
January 06, 2012. Back to School . . . and Lily's Four! This week Lily turned four and had a wonderful day! She spent the morning enjoying her mountain of gifts (mostly clothes, since she outgrew everything while we were gone). She got lots of her favorite things: puzzles, workbooks, play-dough, and dresses. Tyler loved the chaos and even helped out by modeling Lily's princess high heels. Love it! And, in the afternoon, the first day of school! They are getting so big! Lily was more excited that first da...

Freebairn Family: Back to School - the NEW school!
http://freebairnfamily.blogspot.com/2013/08/back-to-school-new-school.html
August 21, 2013. Back to School - the NEW school! Michael was OVER-THE-MOON excited for school to start this year. They built a new school for our neighborhood and we've been talking about it FOREVER! Neil Armstrong Academy is a STEM school (science, technology, engineering, math), but we just happen to live in the boundaries and will be lucky to attend. Stephen won't be back home for a few days, so he was sad to miss the excitement. Michael insisted we take pictures of everything. Construction everywher...

Freebairn Family: Back to School
http://freebairnfamily.blogspot.com/2010/11/back-to-school.html
November 01, 2010. Next to Lily, and assured me he needed to do it just the same this year. Although, we forgot his backpack. They've both gotten so big. The best change this year, however, is that a good number of his classmates are his friends from our ward and he's so excited to play with them every day. We all get a kick out of the days when the "stroller brigade" to and from school includes 4- 5 double strollers and piles of younger siblings in tow. If only we had a picture of that!

The Phillips Family: Good-bye, Friend
http://robinandjanene.blogspot.com/2014/11/good-bye-friend.html
Sunday, November 9, 2014. I was privileged to work with Guy in church callings and some with our business connections. There was never a more honorable man to work with. I will never forget this good and righteous man who made such an impact in my life. I look forward to the time when I will see him again. Love you, Man. Hes the best home teacher Ive ever had! Still remember his loving visits from when I was a kid. Im sad to hear hes died- definitely thinking of his family. November 9, 2014 at 9:52 PM.

The Phillips Family: The Monster Tree and the Spirit of Christmas
http://robinandjanene.blogspot.com/2014/12/the-monster-tree-and-spirit-of-christmas.html
Tuesday, December 2, 2014. The Monster Tree and the Spirit of Christmas. One by one over the years, each child has taken their ornaments to their new home with their new family, and one by one, we have had fewer and fewer helpers to put up the tree. This year some of our grandchildren came to help us, and some of our kids. Little Jeffrey didn't help much, unless you count the increase in the Spirit that could be felt as we had our own little Christmas child to love. Uh -Oh, here are three little boys pla...

The Phillips Family: Seeds of Grapeness
http://robinandjanene.blogspot.com/2014/10/seeds-of-grapeness.html
Friday, October 3, 2014. Holy Bunch of Grapes, Batman! It seems "some are born grape, some achieve grapeness, and some have grapeness thrust upon them". William Shakespeare Q. What was purple and conquered the world? A Alexander the Grape. The saga of the grapes continues in Janene's kitchen. We found more grapes to contend with and they are now being turned into various forms of grapeness for our future use. That is not all. Now for a limited time only, you can have BEETS too! Brady & Cristina: Holiday Spirit
http://bradyandcristina.blogspot.com/2009/11/holiday-spirit.html
Friday, November 13, 2009. I have to say, fall is fabulous! I never realized how much I missed the cold, but it feels as though I've found the missing frosting to the holiday season. Although still delicious, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas never feel quite right without the desire for a warm blanket wrapped around you, a hot beverage, and home baked goods. I feel giddy over holidays in a way I'd forgotten. I love being back in Utah. Check out the progress:). Posted by Keepin' Up with the Cooks.

The Phillips Family: Winter Wonderland
http://robinandjanene.blogspot.com/2015/03/winter-wonderland.html
Saturday, March 28, 2015. Janene and I were able to get away for a couple of days to see Bryce Canyon in "winter". We heard that it had snowed in the southern part of the state, so we made arrangements to stay at Ruby's Inn just outside the park and headed down. Everywhere we looked was an incredible panorama. We took over 1500 pictures and could easily have taken 1500 more. We arrived just in time to watch the sun go down and the full moon come up over the amphitheater. Be still my heart! As we headed h...
