Sunday, May 20, 2012. I never blogged on this years Jack day. Every year on Jack's birthday we seek to do something restful as a family. We try to do something outside. This year Isaiah had a doctors appointment in the morning so we only had the afternoon. After lunch we went to Tyler State Park in PA and spent the afternoon hiking and exploring and ended to day by going out to dinner. Here's a few pics of the kids finding "treasures". Thursday, October 27, 2011. The day that has been building in our hearts for so long now is finally here! We meet our son today. Today we will hold Ezekiel. We will feel his skin, look into those big brown eyes, smell his smell. I cannot believe it has finally arrived! The view out our window is breathtaking in both beauty and sadness. There is such a mix of beauty and poverty that my mind hardly knows how to process it. I can’t wait to share the pictures of this place with you. The Lord is good to me.

After a lot of searching, I found one at www.heavenlyhomemakers.com without MSG that looked worth trying. 3 tsp parsley flakes. 2 tsp onion powder. 1 tsp celery salt. 1 tsp sea salt.

The person who reads them stories and spends hours and hours teaching them? How about the person who plans all the fun outings? The face behind the camera? Perhaps they see me as the fun mom who turns up the radio and dances around? Maybe as the person they can tell all their secrets too. Do they hope to wear dangly earrings like me someday?
