The two ladies who wrote it actually started it as a letter game where they wrote letters back and forth to each other pretending to be the two main characters in the book. It's so fun! I read this in one day and after finishing up at 2 am couldn't sleep because I was thinking about it for another couple hours. Such unique glimpse into of one of the worst times in history.
