Somewhere between SOLs and late night cleaning sessions, I signed up for a triathlon. It was a mini-tri. The swim was 200 yards in the ocean, with a 5 mile bike and a 2 mile run. Many mornings I’ve run in a visor, which helps with sweat absorption as well as keeping the sun out of my eyes once it rises. Long runs have required extra fueling and extra Gatorade. I’m well on my way to achieving my goal! Glow in the Dark Run 5K. Run for Boston 2.62mi. Color Me Rad 5K. Great American Mud Run. The Hangover virtual 5k. So far, I’ve run 189.8 miles!
