Tuesday, December 23, 2014. I've been a horrible blogger! I try to get on here and do a family update at least once a month, but looks like I'm a little behind! A few weeks ago we went to Hemmingway Village in downtown Rexburg where they put on a great little Christmas activity which includes horse drawn sleigh rides, hot chocolate and donuts, a live nativity, and you get to meet the Grinch and Santa. Ryker was super excited to see The Grinch! Horse Drawn Sleigh Ride! Only 2 more days until Christmas!

Friday, April 25, 2014. First off, we have to document that Ryker started preschool! Saturday morning Brodie had a wrestling tournament. Brodie fought against some tough competitors and won two matches and lost two matches. He got a medal and the coach gave him his first ever trophy for great sportsmanship. Wednesday, July 1, 2015. Egin Lake and Bear World. My mom flew in to stay with us for a week in June and it was so awesome! I love it when my mom comes to visit! Thursday, June 25, 2015. We started horseback riding lessons this summer. I wish we could do it weekly, because the kids love it so much, but with all the other summer activities they have going on, we can only afford to do it twice a month. It's something we really look forward to though! I love our teacher! She is so great with the kids and really lets them be hands on with the horses. Friday, September 19, 2014. The kids and I took our annual trip to Bear World this year and Grandma Tami came along with us! Mari was with us last year, but she was pretty tiny, so this was her first real Bear World experience and she loved it! Fish feeding and petting zoo. Mari was really into the ducks! Friday, August 14, 2015. Back in June the Shriners Circus came to Idaho Falls, I've wanted to take the kids in years past, but never felt like the cost of the tickets were worth going. This year though, I won 4 free tickets through the local radio station! So the kids and I packed up and went! It was really fun, but way too long. Monday, May 19, 2014. Last Saturday we went to the Apple Blossom Festival at the college. They have a cute little apple orchard and the blossoms were beautiful. And the weather was perfect! I love this warmer weather we've had lately. Both Brodie and Ryker played this apple ladder game. If you got 200 points, you won a 4pk of flowers to take home and Ryker won! Thursday, July 30, 2015. The boys have been doing gymnastics for a few years now and they still absolutely love it! Brodie just moved up to Level 2 and Ryker moved up to Level 1, which is excellent because they don't usually move up until they are 5. Gymnastics is definitely Ryker's sport and I hope he sticks with it for quite awhile. After each season the gymnastics center puts on a showcase for the parents. The kids do their routines and then they get a medal at the end. The boys love it! Yours, Mine,.
