I look fatter in some poses, leaner in others, have the same calculated bodyfat % all despite measuring half an inch less on the waist and hips. Friday, 24 October 2014. Progress Update; 24/10/2014. So I am happy to report progress in all areas except for one. Specifically, my waist at the navel is half an inch less, now at 33" but my weight is still 93.8kg. When calculating my body fat online and working out an average (that eliminates any inaccuracies that make my body fat appear lower) I calculate body fat to be 13% which is a 1% drop from last week. So I am back on the weight loss track, unfortunately my weight increased last week so, as planned, increased the cardio slightly and my weight dropped again. In this off season I am looking for muscle gains, of course, namely more width in my shoulders and lats, more outer sweep on the quads, more thickness in the hamstrings and more overall mass in my calves and forearms. Friday, 26 September 2014. Stat Progress Update; 26/09/2014. So basically my pictures show increased definition (see rear double biceps; I have never seen my back like that) but I am 2kg up from last week. The only way I can make sense of it is to assume that, as I am now on creatine and have been for a while, the water retention within the muscle is increased, but it is just an assumption. Anyway I predict that once the creatine is finished, the definition increases will coincide with weight loss.
