Vice investigators nailed a customer at an internet cafe for allegedly viewing child porn, Vancouver police say. Peter Scott Wilson, 47, was arrested after a tipster called police, who swooped down on him at the Nicola Internet Café. According to Vancouver police, Wilson was arrested previously by the VPD vice squad in 2005 for the same charges, and was still on probation for the same.

A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Norman Albert Larocque. Who failed to return to his halfway house on Oct. 6, police say.
