Friday, August 27, 2010. 4 months old today! I can't believe that Ellie is already 4 months old! The time has flown by! Here are a few things she is doing:. Rolling over from tummy to back (regularly) and back to tummy (occasionally). Cackling all the time. Loves to watch her brother. Wearing a size 2/3 diaper. Sleeping at least six hours at night. Past races and times. 2014 the Big 40 updated 04/14. April 20, 2015. It’s fair to say I’m having taper traumas. I know it’s normal and I’m not on my own but it’s still a funny couple of weeks. I only ran 18 miles over 3 runs this week, so that doesn’t help. I took 3 consecutive rest days to help my knees but after 6 miles yesterday they were just the same. I feel deflated.
