Really, I need that! Tuesday, August 21, 2012. Crazy Japanese sandwiches for lunch! Nothing brings a smile to my face more than the way the Japanese have adopted that western food staple: the sandwich. Even squid and potato pizza fails to delight me the way that incredibly soft, doughy, and often sweet version of bread available in Japan is given the most extraordinary treatment. It's a tuna cheese melt given the royal treatment, like a crown roast! Fried carbs with your carbs? Really, I need that!
