Pondělí 13. května 2013. Máme tu první den mojí nové výzvy k zdravému životnímu stylu. Nedopadlo to úplně k mému přesvědčení dobře. Jídelníček stál za hovno, ale nemůžu za to, jaké máme školní obědy, že ano. Pohyb. Teď jsem žádný neměla, takže i tohle pro mě byla obrovská fuška. Nedá se říct, že bych byla spokojená, ale na druhou stranu. Úplně naštvaná na sebe taky nejsem:). Ovesná kaše (200ml mléka 60g ovesných vloček) 10g vanilkového cukru hrst borůvek hrst vlašských ořechů. 2,5l neslazeného čaje.
