Love me or hate me. A glimpse of me. The year is coming to an end. Time flies. And I inched forward with time, slowly and slowly. I have yet to finish blogging about my solo travel. The last solo travel to Vientianne. Will find some time for that soon. It was a year of many firsts for me. First time conquering Mount Kinabalu. First to be trained professionally for badminton. (这句话,有问题吗? 要开始一个创业的机会, 不外乎要决定好. 1) 地点, 消费对象- 消费水平. 好吧, 就拿我们之前的题目/小铺子为例子. 先不理它是不是好地点, 有没有那个消费市场. 只是把我的概念, 整理一下. 我要 我想 开一家小披萨店. 这些披萨呢. 就采用现在最流行的经营方式. 那就是快餐式外带披萨- 热了, 就可以招待顾客. 我要从哪里开始呢. 1) 我的厨房 - 有烤箱-烤披萨的, 冰箱-收藏冷冻披萨, 炉子-准备披萨的酱料. 2)我的工人 - 现在人人都用外劳, 便宜嘛. 但需要处理这些工作证, 和他的住宿问题. 可能还要包三餐呢. 3) 经营方式 - 材料呢, 一定要自己管理. 确保有底成本, 那才有更好的收入. 配套, 客人可以点一个小披萨和咖啡/汽水, 针对上班组/学生. 电脑规划, 不怕员工算错钱, 标错价. 所有的价钱, 餐单都在电脑里. 基本上, 就是这样. 先不理一些技术上的问题. 因为我本人也不懂.
