March 2, 2015. I am really getting worn out over the constant bombardment of “Breaking News” on almost all of the T.V. stations nowadays. The first half of my adult life was spent in Broadcasting. There were standards when I studied to be in the industry that seem to be lost in todays news-frenzied world of frantically attempting to hook the viewer into the crisis of the minute. The truth is that this project will only make temporary jobs for the couple of thousand employees touted by politicians who are themselves getting the $ $ from the Canadian Oil Companies pushing this project on the U.S. The real info is that only about 35 to 50 permanent jobs will be created.
