Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Today marks the end of August, and with that, the end of my first month of doing Crossfit. So far, I've loved the crap out of it. I can tell I'm strong, and I think my body is loving the challenge of a different workout every day. My weight is down a bit, though that may be due to a whole lot of cereal and not a lot of real meals these past three days. If that's the case, then I'm a third of the way there. I'm pretty psyched. The University was closed and the post actually closed down too. 2 weeks ago we had a bigger storm, but it happened over the weekend, so we didn't get to have any days off like so many others (mainly the local school districts.
