The first day was spent on the road, making it to Odessa, TX for the night (land of the oil fields). Day 2 was a-ma-zing! We hit the Monahans Sandhills State Park way. Out in Monahans, TX. way. Early to avoid baking desert sun. What a cardio workout! Next we headed to Balmorhea State Park in Balmorhea, TX to cool off in a real desert oasis! 175 acres of crystal clear.

The pastor we had marry us did a wonderful job. i said my vows to Brooklyn as well as to the boys. we were givin away by about a hundred people all good friends, family, and good as family. there was good food, great friends, loved ones surrounding us both. even the mud fight which i think most people missed was sooo much fun. Pictures are to come. sometime soon i really hope.
