The string pads used in Colourless Colour are ever present, but not a prominent feature of most of the song until the chorus where their rhythm changes from slow chords which begin strong and fade slowly, to a faster paced more prominent aspect of the track. Added automation to the mixer (master level) making the chorus' louder. The chorus has fewer synths and so is quieter than the the verses. Wednesday, 16 February 2011. Sweet Chiiiild O' Mine. Added new synths, also replaced NNXT 5 with a Subtractor. Also added new Redrum, with different drum beat. 171; Older Posts.

Rebecca's Music Tech Blog :). AS Music Technology: Rebecca Greef Q2. Monday, 31 January 2011. Added Malstrom synth, which plays bass in the breakdown. Panned the reverse cymbal and changed the level. Wednesday, 26 January 2011. Added two Subtractors :). Labels: Sweet Child O Mine. Monday, 24 January 2011. Inputed the drum notation at last! I decided to use RnB Kit 5, as the bass sounds and snare drum work well for the piece. I changed the hi-hat sound to Hh MaryJ as this didn't click as much as the others.
