Friday, February 21, 2014. Stop and smell the.lunchable? Yep, lucky again. But even I'm not superwoman. Sometimes, this task gets wearisome. It's a heavy load raising these precious gifts(heck, it's tiring just to take them to Aldi by myself! And yet, I'm happy to say I caught small, bright break in the clouds today over this little one's lunchable. Small wonders. Just take it in-look at that face! In the business of the mundane, underneath the whining and mess of the morning, look at what I was missing.

Tuesday, May 27, 2014. At 4 years old, Evan is my silly, wiggly boy. He is sweet and still very tender hearted. One of our MOPS topics this year was connecting with your kids and their personalities. I did the assessments on both of my boys and surprise-they were pretty much opposite! I love his conventions-he continues to be pretty "enginer-y." And, he is really the most friendly thing. I am blown away at how well he's thrived in preschool this past year. And now, for my fierce and funny Valentine.

Tuesday, November 16, 2010. Super Easaey Honey Curry Chicken. This is a recipe that my boys eat up like crazy! They love this "honey chicken"! You can make the sauce ahead of time (nap time) and then just pour over the chicken later. You can bake the chicken, saute, or even grill it. Enjoy! 1/4 cup melted butter. 1 teaspoon curry powder.
