The Broussard family serving our brothers and sisters from Honduras to Ecuador. A Llama and an Alpaca. April 2, 2012. Check out these two guys who were all dressed up and ready for the party. They both had kid-sized saddles but we never saw any kids riding? From what I can tell, the first one is a llama. Llamas are a classic domesticated Andean pack animal, a source of warm wool, transportation, as well as food. They have been domesticated in Ecuador for centuries. If so, maybe they think. http://shannonelylessofme.blogspot.com/2012/08/our-engagement-story.html
Tuesday, August 21, 2012. The moment was a wonderfully unexpected whirlwind, so Ben and I typed this story of our engagement up after he proposed so we would not forget all the amazing details to our story. Enjoy! Our Engagement August 18, 2012 4:30 pm Atlanta State Park. After this wonderful quiet time, Ben asked if I would like to go for a drive. We love the beauty of the trees and scenery in East Texas. The Broussard family serving our brothers and sisters from Honduras to Ecuador. March 25, 2012. Gabe was chaneling the construction worker from the Village People, working the hard hat and goggles. I was hoping that he was going to bust out with “Macho Man’, but *. He never did. He is kinda cute, though. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. A New Normal: Peace
http://shannonelylessofme.blogspot.com/2013/07/peace.html
Tuesday, July 2, 2013. The last week of June 2013 is not something I will remember fondly. Lots of struggles and obstacles for our family that have made the road rocky. Today, God has been convicting me to give it all up in exchange for His peace. Sounds like a pretty good deal.so why can't I do it? Yes please.), going on a shopping spree (my bank account hates it when I do this), begging my absolutely amazing husband to let us pack up and leave town (escapism at it's finest! The Broussard family serving our brothers and sisters from Honduras to Ecuador. Domingo de Ramos (Palm Sunday). April 1, 2012. Preston, Gabriel and I were out walking/taking pictures on Palm Sunday, and we ran across the most beautiful parade that I had witnessed since coming to Cuenca. The procession was lead by three men, two on either side carrying large candlesticks, and one in the middle carrying an even larger gold crucifix. I can’t even describe with words the feelings in my heart that were ...

Comida Tipica | Obedience In Action
https://obedienceinaction.wordpress.com/2012/03/28/comida-tipica
The Broussard family serving our brothers and sisters from Honduras to Ecuador. March 28, 2012. Here in Ecuador, a typical meal consists of soup, a plate of white rice, most of the time french fries and a meat of some sort, along with fruit juice. The fruit juice is awesome, but you have to be careful where you drink it from. It may or may not be made with bottled water. Don’t worry though, your tummy will let you know in short order. This soup is only an example, it isn't the one referred to in the post.
