Dessert 1: Lemon Angel Pie (for Passover/Seder) – Vanilla meringue crust, lemon curd filling, whipped cream top. There are a lot of good ideas for dessert that can easily accommodate diet restrictions without tasting like a dessert of affliction. Fresh, homemade whipped cream always tastes better and is worth the effort. People forget how much they love lemon.

I just made a double batch and froze them between pieces of wax paper and they work even better from frozen. I'm doomed. They're fluffy and delicious and totally devious. Beware. Saturday, July 25, 2015. Well we are finally done dealing with insurance and quotes and have finally gotten our check to start on the floors. We went to a few places and didn't like anything and I actually found better deals at Lumber Liquidators for the hardwood replacement and Lowes for the new tile (yes! It totally worked too).
