Wednesday, August 13, 2014. Bread fried with eggs and oats. Its a simple breakfast recipe and its healthy too . Grind 1 cup of oats to coarse powder ,. Take 4 -5 large eggs and wisk them ,. 4-5 sliced bread cut into square or triangle shapes. Oil for shallow fry. Salt and pepper . Mix salt , pepper and oats and wisk again .
