This recipe is really fast and simple, which makes it a great week night dinner and for every skill level of cooking. 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey. 3 cups penne pasta, cooked. 1/2 cup reserved pasta water. 1 jar spaghetti sauce. 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided. 1-1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Italian seasoning, to taste. Heat oven to 375°F. Spoon into 13x9-inch dish; top with remaining cheeses.
