I didn't have green peppers of cucumbers so you won't see that in the salad but it tasted great all the same! 1/2 Onion thinly sliced into rings. 1 green pepper cut into rings. Coat a large nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray. In a shallow bowl, combine cornmeal and Tony Chachere's seasoning. Pour milk into a another bowl. Dredge fillets in milk and then in cornmeal mixture.
