Bharva Missi Roti (भरवां मिस्सी रोटी). बारीक बारीक प्याज, हरा धनिया और हरी मिर्च काटे . अब गेहूं का आटा, बेसन आटा, कटा हुआ प्याज, हरी मिर्च, नमक, हरा धनिया मिला कर पानी के साथ थोड़ा सख्त आटा गोंद ले. अब आटे की छोटी-छोटी गोलियां ले और बेलन की मदद से रोटियां बेल ले. तवा गरम होने पर तैयार चपाती उस पर डाल दे. आपका भरवां मिस्सी चपाती खाने के लिए तैयार है. सामग्री :. गेहूं का आटा. 250 ग्राम. बेसन का आटा. 150 ग्राम. 1 बड़ी. हरी मिर्च. साबूत धनिया. आधा चम्मच. Saffron, cardamom, pista, almonds. First keep the 3 cups of milk for ras to boil until it remains 1 3/4 cup. Bring 4 cups of milk to boil. Now to curdle the milk add lemon juice to it stirring continuously. Then drain it in a thin muslin cloth or handkerchief.

A pinch of Asafetida powder. 3 tsp coriander powder. 2 tsp turmeric powder. 2 tsp ground fennel (saunf). 2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur). 1/2tsp chili powder or to taste. Preparation of stuffed okra:. Cut the stalk of each okra and make lengthwise slit.
