Nyttiga recept jag testat/kommit på och vill spara på ett och samma ställe. Torsk med bakad potatis och syrlig sallad (ALA 300kalorier). 2 msk lätt fraiche. Skär en bakad potatis på hälften. Picka några hål i den runt om och sätt i mickron på ca 5min. Stek torsken i stekpannan med salt och vitpeppar tills den där klar. Skär tomater och rödlök, hyvla moroten och blanda i basilika, olivolja och vitvinsvinäger efter smak. Blanda ihop dillsåsen efter hur stark du vill att den ska vara. 2msk kallt stark kaffe.
