Its no fun trying to police a trademark, but when people are understanding it makes things much easier :) Good luck w/ your 365 day dinner venture! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Salted Cashew Crunch Cookies - Bake or Break
http://www.bakeorbreak.com/2008/04/salted-cashew-crunch-cookies
Cobblers, crisps, & crumbles. Pies & tarts. April 29, 2008. Salted Cashew Crunch Cookies. My lack of cashew-containing recipes here at BoB is not due to any lack of love for them. On the contrary, cashews rank right up there with pecans and hazelnuts for me. It just seems that they don’t find themselves in that many baked goods. Or, maybe I’m just looking in the wrong places. The recipe for these cookies comes from King Arthur Flour Whole Grain Baking. While I had every reason to believe that these would...

Focaccia with Onion and Rosemary - Bake or Break
http://www.bakeorbreak.com/2008/05/14/focaccia-with-onion-and-rosemary
Cobblers, crisps, & crumbles. Pies & tarts. May 14, 2008. Focaccia with Onion and Rosemary. One of the best cookbooks we’ve recently bought is Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day. Reading the title made me do a bit of an eye roll, thinking that this was some baking scam. After reading some other bakers’ experiences with the book, I had a change of heart and bought it. I am not a bread baker. Honestly, I lack the patience for it. Quinn is the bread baker in our house. I am a big fan. Of my bread machine.
Brownie Peanut Butter Cups - Bake or Break
http://www.bakeorbreak.com/2008/05/brownie-peanut-butter-cups
Cobblers, crisps, & crumbles. Pies & tarts. May 8, 2008. Brownie Peanut Butter Cups. For a while now, I’ve been wanting to use muffin pans to make brownies. I found several recipes, but none I could really get excited about. Then, I found this one that features one of my favorite combinations: chocolate and peanut butter. We found these to be best served warm. The edges are nicely chewy and the inside soft and gooey. I wish I could find adequate words to express how good these really are. Qui...1/4 teasp...
