RecipeReady: Chicken "Pizza"...hold the carbs

http://www.recipeready.blogspot.com/2007/09/chicken-pizzahold-carbs.html

Sharing, learning, COOKING! Monday, September 17, 2007. Chicken "Pizza".hold the carbs. When my parents were on the Atkin's diet my mom tried to be creative with the low-carb, no-carb recipes for dinner. There is one I always have to remind myself to make, which is easy, aside from a little prep time. It doesn't have a specific recipe, and allows itself to several variations, depending on your tastes. Mozzarella and tomato slices. Variety of shredded cheeses. Mushrooms, pine nuts, artichokes. RecipeReady: Taco Potatoes

http://www.recipeready.blogspot.com/2007/09/taco-potatoes.html

Sharing, learning, COOKING! Wednesday, September 19, 2007. Baked potatoes traditionally are topped with butter, cheese, sour cream, and chives. My in-laws make a twist on the classic baked potato by adding standard taco ingredients. Are a Murray family favorite, and not only are they easy to prepare, but they are very filling. Don't let your eyes get bigger than your stomach or be prepared for leftovers. :). Baking potatoes, small to medium sized, 1 per person. Toppings, enough for each potato:. On a sim...

Sharing, learning, COOKING! Friday, November 16, 2007. Tonight I was so inspired by my successful dinner that I had to share. I served Balsamic Chicken with Cherry Sauce and Creamy Horseradish Dip, steamed fresh green beans, scalloped potatoes, and to start, Butternut Squash with Pears and Bacon Soup. It was a hit, and fun to make, and not totally time consuming to prepare. Here are recipes for the Balsamic Chicken and sauces:. Makes marinade for 8-10 medium to large chicken breasts. Saturday, November 17, 2007. I loved watching Isaac pick his dandelions and make wishes off the poofs as he blew his little heart out. In this photo I shot a continuous series of photos to catch him as he skipped through the grass picking 'wishes.' Then spontaneously, he just dropped into this thick patch of grass and rolled and kicked with delight. What a treasure to watch his innocence explore nature with joy. Family Favorites: Orange Julius-ish

http://family-favorite-foods.blogspot.com/2007/08/orange-julius-ish.html

Thursday, August 23, 2007. I grew up on Orange Julius and Hotdogs from the mall, way back in the 70's before food courts. The mall had an Orange Julius stand that was a circle and you could order on most any side. I remember having a great view of the hot dog rollers. :). Now I live in a very rural area and, while I still love Orange Julius, I can't drive 1.5 hours just to get one. (Well, I could, I just don't have time! 8 ounces orange juice (fresh or from concentrate). August 27, 2007 at 9:48 PM. I lov...

But I'm passionate about having the opportunity to be there when my children need me. I drop off at school in the morning, pick up when school is out, take to lessons and scouts, and even have regular playdates. All without babysitters or daycare. August 22, 2007 at 12:21 AM.
