Detta är en tunn paj, mera tilltugg än mat. Mycket bra för fester eller något matigare till fikabordet! 2,5 dl vetemjöl. Ingredienserna blandas. Russin, vatten och socker kokas exakt 8 minuter. 250 g margarin - smältes i den varma sockerlagen. 1,5 tsk matsoda. Ca 5 dl vetemjöl. 2 ägg - blandas i sist. Rör ihop allt med en slev och häll i en stor kakform eller två mindre. Grädda 50-60 minuter i 175°C. Kakan hålls saftig länge och går också utmärkt att frysa. Låt kallna och ställ in i kylen tills servering. En lite större form, t ex engångs-aluminium, behöver 1.5 gånger satsen för att bli tjock och härligt! Konsistensen ska vara som finsk memma! Denna tårta består av marängbotten med chokladsmet och grädde emellan. MYCKET GOD! 3 äggvitor - vispas fluffigt först, utan sockret. 2 dl socker - vispas försiktigt ned i äggviteskummet. 3 dl Rice Krispies - rörs försiktigt ned i skummet. Marängsmeten breds ut på ett bakplåtspapper (hel plåt) och gräddas ca 1 timme på 125-150°C. Låt gärna stå på eftervärme med luckan på glänt så att marängen blir riktigt krispig. 0,75 dl socker. 0,75 dl vispgrädde. Rörs ihop i en kastrull och sjuds tills krämen blir tjock.
