Our favourite recipes (for personal use only). Monday, 23 February 2015. 1 cup rice krispies or cheerios. 05 cup nonfat dry milk. 025 cup creamy peanut butter (or sunbutter). Crush cereal in a bag. Mix milk, peanut butter, honey, oats and 0.5 cup cereal. Form into 1 inch balls. Add balls to bag with rest of cereal to coat. Keep up to 5 days or in freezer. Variations: roll in coconut, cocoa powder, crushed nuts. 1 large ripe banana. 1/2 cup chredded sweetened coconut. Substitutes: strawberry for banana.
