Every weekend when i am back home i always cook, but this weekend i did wanted to try something different that i havent tried cooking before but at the same time something that would be easy and so delicious. First if all, i LOVE fish and i came across Roberto’s fish taco recipe from San diego. 1 pound tilapia, cut into 4-by-1 inch pieces (Makes about 12 Fish Tacos). 12 corn tortillas warmed. 1 cup vegetable oil for frying.
