This recipe is from Nicole and my mom, and it's a favorite among all my siblings. I've added my own notes. Recipe from Karen Abreu. 8oz cream cheese (softened). Chopped onion to taste (about 1 to 2 TBS) OR fresh chopped chives. Salt and Pepper to taste. 4 chicken breasts cooked and diced. 3 cans crescent rolls. IF you want them breaded:. Butter melted (approx. ½ cube). Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs. Combine cream cheese, milk, onion, salt and pepper in bowl. Add diced chicken. 2 cups chicken broth.

600 gr. pork cutlets. 600 gr. cabbage. 1 tea spoon sugar. 100 gr. onion. 50 gr tomato sauce. Beat the cutlets, rub them with salt and pepper and leave them for 30 minutes. Cut the cabbage on stripes and salt a little. Into heated frying pan with little oil add sugar. When sugar starts to melt add chopped onion. When onion got brown color, add cabbage, 100 ml water and leave it to stew for a while. Add tomato sauce. Stew until cabbage is softened. Fry cutlets and serve them with cabbage. 400 ml. milk.
