Submitted by: Cheri Daniels, West Lafayette, IN. 2 T cream-style prepared horseradish. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 4-5 T cracked black peppercorns. 4-6 lb. boneless beef rib eye roast. 6 small white onions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Serve with Horseradish Peppercorn Cream. 1 C Sour Cream cream sauce. 2 T Crushed black peppercorns. Mix all ingredients together and serve with meat. Submitted by Jill Henry, COO Komen Tissue Bank at the IU Simon Cancer Center, Indianapolis, IN. 1 c canned pumpkin. 1 t baking soda. Combine butter, sugar and molasses until creamy. Add pumpkin and egg and beat lightly. Combine remaining ingredients then add to butter mixture and beat with a spoon. Add as many walnuts as you like. Cook at 400 in lined muffin tines for 15-18 minutes. October 21, 2014. 2 T cider vinegar.
