I thought it would be good to add meat to it next time. 1 onion, chopped. 3 cups vegetable stock. 1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes in juice. 1 (15oz) can black beans, drained. 2 (15oz) cans pumpkin puree. 1 Tb curry powder. 1 1/2 tsp cumin. 1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. 1/4 is all my kids could stand.
