This dish is a fresh, cool, simple, make-ahead treasure for summer pot-luck dinners like the one we are attending tonight! 1 pound Penne pasta. 8 ounces smoked Gouda cheese. 1 jar diced pimentos. 1 jar artichoke hearts. 1/2 pint grape tomatoes. 1/2 green bell pepper. 1 can sliced black olives. 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish. 2 tablespoons red pepper jelly. Salt and pepper to taste. Slice the Gouda cheese wheel in half and cut into pie shaped wedges.

Finding Dairy-free recipes for a Ketokid. Let’s rest here awhile. August 19, 2014. We decided to rest awhile. Caspian took 10 weeks to wean from about 12 grams of carbohydrates a day up to 60 grams ( but I fudged from 45 grams) and then to wean down off the fat. It was more of a cliff dive at the end. He is a happy little fellow now with his face full of carbs. His seizures stayed low for a while but they are more frequent visitors now. Yes, yes and yes. He still loves his fat.
