It's a Crunchy Risotto!: Power Brownies
http://the-risotto-is-crunchy.blogspot.com/2011/06/power-brownies.html
It's a Crunchy Risotto! A bunch of (mostly) family recipes. Wednesday, June 29, 2011. Some people prefer anemic, from-the-box brownies. I don't. 1 1/2 c flour. 1 tsp baking powder. 2/3 c cocoa (use Hershey's). 1 cup walnuts (optional). Mix dry ingredients. Mix the rest together. Grease pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350. Now was that hard? Nope Not at all. So never make boxed brownies again. They really don't save time, and they're WEAK. Posted by Michael Wyatt. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

It's a Crunchy Risotto!: December 2010
http://the-risotto-is-crunchy.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
It's a Crunchy Risotto! A bunch of (mostly) family recipes. Monday, December 27, 2010. I came up with this recipe a few weeks back and have made it three times now. 1 T crushed garlic. 6 small mushrooms, sliced. 1 cup white wine. The trick is the scallops. You must. The only difference is that I use the lime to sprinkle the scallops instead of a lemon. Plate rice and place 3–5 scallops on top. Then spoon the sauce on top of the rice. Garnish with torn parsley and serve. Serves four. I first made these sc...

It's a Crunchy Risotto! A bunch of (mostly) family recipes. Friday, August 26, 2011. I went to visit my parents for about a week and a half and picked up this little gem while I was back home. This is my dad's jambalaya recipe, which is more in the creole school of cooking than the cajun. ( Here's. Cook two cups raw rice in chicken stock. 1/4 c bell pepper. 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes (drained). 1 8 oz can tomato sauce. 1 lb andouille sausage (kielbasa is an adequate substitute). 1 lb raw shrimp (peeled).

http://the-risotto-is-crunchy.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
It's a Crunchy Risotto! A bunch of (mostly) family recipes. Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Brie and Spinach-Stuffed Chicken. This is yet another recipe I've adapted from OLOGC 2008. There it's listed as "Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken," but I've changed the stuffing of the breast so as to put the emphasis there, rather than on the accessory bit of pork. Here are the necessaries:. 1/2 c frozen spinach. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts. 2 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms. 1 cup white wine. 1 1/4 chicken stock.

Immediately after I ran to the bathroom and let's just say I threw up so much that my doctor gave me an IV (don't worry, Mom! I went home and watched Muppets Christmas Carol and Mr. Bean's Holiday, which is not a Christmas movie like I was expecting. 21 and a half weeks. Hearing b...
