One of the best ones I've ever found is one I've tweaked and tweaked to perfection. This is it. 1 cup butter — softened. 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter. 3 cups brown sugar. 3 cups bananas — mashed ripe (I used 8 ripened bananas). 1 cup sour cream — (I used light sour cream). 2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 teaspoon baking soda. Tuesday, October 8, 2013. 1 t Lemon Juice. 190; C Flour. 1 t Baking Powder. 189; t Nutmeg. 189; t Salt. 8 oz cream cheese. 1 C Powdered Sugar. Beat eggs on high for 5 minutes. Stir in lemon and pumpkin. Mix dry ingredients together and add to pumpkin. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread batter. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. On pumpkin and roll.
