I found a great basic formula yesterday on the blog Chocolate and Zucchini. 3 cups rolled oats. 1 cup chopped almonds (some roasted with salt, some raw, and a few chopped walnuts to boot). 1/2 cup sunflower seeds. 3 T agave nectar. 2 T vegetable oil. 1 T all spice (genius). 1 t kosher salt.
