Grated hard cheese (e.g. Cheddar, Edam, Gouda, the best is to use multiple cheeses). A bit of balsamic vinegar sauce. 1 vegetable bouillon cube. 1 Peel the eggplant, cut it into slices, wash them under running water and let them for a while in a bowl of salted water (to remove eventual bitter taste). Fried fish fillets with tomato and red curry butter sauce. 4 fish fillets (for example Alaska pollock, without bones). 4 tomatoes (medium size, the best are already quite ripe). Sweet white wine (I used plum-flavoured Shunji). 1 Start preparing rice according to instructions, so that it will be done when the fish is ready. 2 Cut tomatoes into small pieces, start frying them on the butter in a pot. 1 can of tuna. 4 medium sized tomatoes. Fish spice mix powder (salt, garlic, onion, basil, parsley, ginger, mustard seed). 1 Start preparing rice according to instructions, so that it will be done when the rest is ready. 2 Chop onion, fry it in the pan on the olive oil till glassy. 3 Add to the pan tomatoes cut to small cubes. Fry for some time. 4 Add crushed garlic, fish spice mix and tuna to the pan. Sprinkle with few drops of soy sauce. Fry for some more time (till tomatoes are dissolved).

Spicy beans and tuna. 1 can of tuna. 1 can of beans (white in tomato/chilli sauce). Bell pepper (1 mid size or half of a large one). 1 cube of beef bouillon (e.g. Knorr). Red curry paste (1/2 teaspoon). Ground cumin (2 teaspoons). Ground white/black pepper (1 teaspoon). 1 Start preparing rice according to instructions, so that it will be done when the rest is ready. 2 Chop onion, fry it in the pot on the olive oil till glassy. 3 Add ground cumin and pepper, fry for few more minutes.
