Is it time that you reconnected with your family, friends and most importantly with yourself? Do any of these describe you? I feel so depressed, I’m always sad, sometimes I have thoughts of suicide. I often get angry, I yell at my partner and kids, my road rage is out of control. I hate hearing myself like this, my kids hate to see me like this too. Its even causing me trouble at work. How long does it take? There is no set rule for how long it will take for you to feel better within yourself. Occasionally someone will attend for one or two sessions, find the answer to their question and happily be on their way. Other times, for more serious concerns it can take many sessions. Medicare sets the limit to 10 sessions per calendar year. What does it involve? What type of counselling methods are used? What is Sandplay Therapy? Sandplay therapy is wonderful for children, adults and couples!

Fees vary depending on the service. Some clients may be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per year, leaving a small out of pocket expense. Clients who are not working or under severe financial hardship may be eligible for bulk billing. This will be discussed with you at the time when you first make an enquiry. Bulk Billing means that there is no cost to you. A receipt will be issued for you to take to the Medicare office. Employer Assistance Program (EAP).
