David and Janene: May 2013
http://davidandjanene.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Friday, May 10, 2013. There are certain times when I get really frustrated with my typing ability. There are, in particular, two words that trip me up repeatedly: "equation," which often manages to come out "equatino" as I type, and "sensitivity," which comes out in a variety of ways. It doesn't help that as I type "sensitivity" I frequently have to stop and think about which syllable I'm on. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A Note on Privacy. Sara and Todd (private). Much of what I hear out of evangelicals as it regards politics these days has to do with the notion of America as a Christian nation. There are all sorts of websites, books, etc. dedicated to proving or denying the Christian heritage of our nation, and frankly, that’s not the debate I want to get into. BUT – what do the red letters of the Gospel say cons...

Tuesday, February 28, 2012. Okay now that may read a little over the top to you but let me explain a bit more :). Last Friday I took part in a 'Firewalk' raising money for a local children's charity. We were given two hours of training before hand and the walk itself only lasted seconds but I have to say, I haven't felt so alive, energised and ecstatically happy in such a long, long time! Now, not that I can do firewalks everyday but, it's moments like those that I reaslise exactly why I am recovering.
