http://ccehhprp.blogspot.com/2010/03/understanding-hprp.html
Thursday, March 18, 2010. There have been several meetings hosted by CCEH and DSS since the start of HPRP in October 2009. The word "doubletalk" has been presented several times as providers share that there have been mixed messages regarding who the program is intended to serve. 4 What if they return to homelessness? 183; ...

Tuesday, January 26, 2010. Q&A: At what point is it appropriate to "exit" a client household from HMIS - upon the provision of final assistance or at a later date? Does HUD require the grantee to track the housing stability of households following the receipt of HPRP assistance? HUD does not require follow-up reporting on housing stability. The housing status identified at program exit should be the agency’s best assessment of the household’s near-term stability as of the time of exit. 183; Discharge wit...

CCEH HPRP: November 2009
http://ccehhprp.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 18, 2009. Q&A: Why is child support being counted as income? Isn’t this a violation of the IRS code? Child support is on the income list for HUD HMIS requirements. HUD is federal so I imagine if it were in violation of another federal department, then they would catch it or deal with that conflict. It is necessary information to collect for this program, as any legal income that will support stabilization needs to be documented. Q&A: Can HPRP funds be used for furniture? An example of...
