My first 8km race from Yishun Neighbourhood Park to Sembawang Park. Who ever said Singapore was flat? Art Projects with Young Children (3-5 years old). My daughter is 4.5 years old and we have been dabbling in arts and crafts for some time. There is no better time to expose children to the wonderful world of arts and crafts than toddlers. They are curious, don't mind getting their hands dirty, love their scribbles and are not judgmental about their imperfections (as a matter fact they believe that their artwork is perfect, which is brilliant for their confidence and sense of wonder). After stabilising at 73kg and my brother psychologically kicking me in the rear (of course with all the love that he could muster), 16 months ago I said enough. That visually represented the difference in search results between "fat acceptance" and both "dieting" and "weight loss".
