The Red Caboose Café has been family owned and operated since day one. We first opened our doors on August 14th, 1994 in a small store front located at Bullard and Minnewawa in Clovis, CA. The café was the product of Teresa Weedin (now Claborn) and her brother-in-law Noel Freeman.
