Achieving unrealistic running goals since 2008. Blogging starting from scratch and running to become whatever kind of a runner I want. Monday, August 16, 2010. Maybe it's not so unrealistic anymore. What used to be unrealistic was me just running a marathon. Now the unrealistic part that I'm achieving is running faster. 2 minutes running, 1 minute walking, repeat 7 times. 5 minutes cooling down. 31 minutes, 2.25 miles total. It was a great run!
