Wednesday, 29 September 2010. Apparently, I Know Satan. Hello to Keith at West Cornwall Photos. I somehow stumbled across his blog the other evening and very pleased I did. For the gardeners amongst you, he also has another blog, Trewidden Garden Blog. There are very few words on either blog – they’re not needed – they’re full of marvellous pictures. This is where I intended to be this week:. But when I looked at the weather forecast ( rain, rain and oh look! I decided not to go. He seems so nice. 8211; ...

http://idliketoholdatarantula.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Saturday, 5 November 2011. I went to one of the armpits of England and nearly had a nervous breakdown. After being propositioned in Kuala Lumpur by an extremely good looking woman outside his hotel… “I give best blow job in Kuala Lumpur! But goodness me, time. Flew when I was. Having fun working in Mr Ex’s office while he was living it up on his first visit to the other side of the world. Actually, from what I can make out, there wasn’t too much living it up done, because he was too busy. Actually, it wa...

http://idliketoholdatarantula.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Friday, 25 February 2011. While Youngest Daughter was having a shower this morning, I sat in front of the computer, unsuccessfully trying to catch up on reading blog posts from the ever expanding list. She finished her shower and came into the room where I was. YD: I found a grey hair. YD: It’s not on my head. YD: It’s not funny. It’s embarrassing. YD: I’m twenty two. TWENTY TWO! Me: Well if it’s any consolation, I was sixteen when I found my first grey hair…. Me: …But it was definitely on my head. They ...

http://sandcastlemomma.blogspot.com/2015/07/a-beautiful-day-at-beach-and-then.html
Northwest Florida Web Cams. Monday, July 13, 2015. A Beautiful Day at the Beach - And Then. Sunday, the Island King, the kids and I piled in our boat, my BIL, his family and my MIL piled in his boat and off we went to spend the day at the beach. My BIL prefers a spot on the point at the beach on the west side of the Destin Bridge. It's a good spot and we spend a lot of time there. We sat in the shade, snacked and spent a lot of time sitting in the water. Until we got a good look at what he was seeing.

Sandcastle Momma: Stabbed in the Eye with a Fork
http://sandcastlemomma.blogspot.com/2012/11/stabbed-in-eye-with-fork_15.html
Northwest Florida Web Cams. Thursday, November 15, 2012. Stabbed in the Eye with a Fork. You know the expression “I’d rather be stabbed in the eye with a fork than…”? Well, when my MIL graduated from college we had a celebration dinner for her. The Oldest Island Boy was not quite 2 and I was holding him in my lap, facing the table as everyone was going around the table congratulating my MIL. Words can’t describe the searing pain a fork to the eye causes. Driver: “Where do you need to go? 8220;No, I hurt ...

Thursday, 30 December 2010. If You Can't Beat Them. What do you do when you go out with your daughters on Christmas Eve and find yourself in a pub where, when you look around, you realise you’re old enough to be almost everyone’s mother? A) Think ‘wtf’? B) Think ‘oh crap’? C) Think ‘bloody hell, that music’s loud’? D) Think ‘hang on, that’s music? E) Think ‘feck, I’m too old for this’? F) Think ‘sod it’? G) Say ‘get me a drink. Now. In fact, make it several’? The answer, my friends, is all of the above.

Northwest Florida Web Cams. Monday, July 27, 2015. Green Beetles Rolling Bear Poop Around. I was out geocaching the other afternoon and one of the caches I was after was just off a main road between Niceville and Mossy Head. I pulled off the highway onto a gravel road leading into the woods and stopped the truck. The GPS said the cache was close so I turned the truck off was getting my pen when I looked out the window and saw a ball of something rolling across the gravel. When I got home I learned that t...

Sandcastle Momma: Geocaching
http://sandcastlemomma.blogspot.com/p/geocaching.html
Northwest Florida Web Cams. In January of 2007 and have enjoyed every minute of it. Caching has taken us places and shown us things we never knew existed – a lot of which are right here in our own backyard. It's also given us a fun reason to exercise. While some people may find hiking a mile through the woods to find an ammo can filled with Happy Meal toys strange, it satisfies the treasure hunter/pirate in me. Give it a try. 8211; you'll be amazed at what's hidden in your own neighborhood. Redoing It - ...
