Sunday, September 27, 2009. On our friend Shawn's birthday, his wife Misty surprised him with a special night out. So we watched their kids and enjoyed a night of four red heads! Elijah had his blanket tied on like a cape and enjoyed playing on our swingset. Elijah and Eden got over their fear of Ophelia by chasing her and playing "catch" with her! Dylan and Daphne are only about ten days apart in age, and they love to play together! Seen below are coworkers Cara, Nancy and Shelley. Now a Family Blog.

Thursday, November 19, 2009. Daphne and Shelley sit down to eat dinner. As both start to eat, Daphne suddenly stops and says, "Mom! You didn't say 'Thank you Jesus, Amen! After Daphne has been asleep in bed for several hours, Shelley goes in and turns off the lamp. Instantly, Daphne sits up and whimpers in the saddest most pathetic voice, "Mommy, why did you turn off the light? I won't" in Daphne language means "I will.". Daphne: Daddy, can I play game? Ian: Not right now. Daphne: Mommy, can I play game?
